1. Service Overview
CabalLens provides programmatic on-chain analytics and heuristic fraud detection tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST endpoints (x402 protocol). CabalLens does not execute trades, manage funds, custody private keys, or provide investment advisory services.
2. No Financial Advice & Heuristic Limitations
All outputs generated by CabalLens—including risk verdicts, cabal scores, copyability ratings, and cluster percentages—are probabilistic heuristic calculations based on publicly available Solana Mainnet transaction history. Heuristic analysis, not financial advice; may produce false positives. You acknowledge that you use all reports at your sole risk and discretion.
3. Payments, Micropayments & Refunds
Paid audit requests are settled directly via the x402 v2 protocol using USDC micropayments ($0.005) or authorized prepaid Pro (cl_live_...) and trial (cl_trial_...) credit keys. On-chain settlements are final and non-refundable once the cryptographic receipt is generated and data payload is delivered.
4. Acceptable Use & Rate Limits
You agree not to disrupt, overload, or bypass rate limits on our public RPC endpoints, x402 payment validators, or MCP servers. Automated abuse, denial of service, or unauthorized vulnerability probing may result in IP and key-level blocks.
